## Overview
**Yemen Open Sooq** (YemenGate) is a national classified marketplace suite: Laravel backend, Flutter mobile app, and Next.js web.

## Problem
Users across Yemen need a scalable classifieds product with solid performance, auth, categories, and publishable mobile/web clients.

## Solution
Implemented a full three-tier marketplace with API contracts, i18n, payment hooks, and backend performance hardening (including N+1 remediation).
