# Delivery Mall — Multi-Vendor Delivery Platform

## Overview
**Delivery Mall** is a multi-vendor ordering and delivery platform that connects customers, stores, and couriers in one product suite — with a production Laravel backend, Flutter client apps, and a public marketing site.

## Problem
Local businesses needed a reliable way to accept online orders, assign deliveries, and operate day-to-day without juggling disconnected tools. Customers expected fast browsing, live order progress, and a simple app experience.

## Solution
I designed and shipped an end-to-end stack:

- **Admin + API (Laravel)** for catalog, orders, modules, and operations
- **Flutter apps** for customer, store, and delivery flows
- **Landing site** for onboarding stores/drivers and app distribution
- **Deploy & health pipelines** for continuous cloud releases
